Our products are refundable.  If you are not happy with your bikini or chose the wrong size, just contact us at info@mlyswimwear.com and send your purchase back to us within 14 working days. We will send you a replacement or refund you.

Return Shipping Costs: You as a buyer will have to pay for the return shipping costs. 

 

Please note, any product you return must be unworn, unwashed, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please try the bikinis on only with underwear and leave the hygienic sticker unit.

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however, in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us at info@mlyswimwear.com or here as soon as possible so we can start the exchange process. MLYSwimwear will bare the return shipping costs, so please keep your postage receipt and we will reimburse you if we deem the item to be faulty. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the exchange, so it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery. Once your item is returned to us, has been inspected and if we deem it to be faulty, you will be given a store credit so you can repurchase from our online store.

Consumers, i.e. any individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside those individual’s trade, business, craft or profession, are entitled to cancel any contract on the following conditions:

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us prior via email (info@mlyswimwear.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired (14 days after your purchase).

 

Effects of cancellation

Only If you cancel this contract before the shipping occurs, we will reimburse to you the total amount payment received from you  not later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back .

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day made your purchase. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
